Lowell, MA Matt Quinlan, Joe Doyle, and Joe Sciolla of Cresa Boston represented Fred C. Church Insurance, a regional insurance agency that offers insurance and risk management services to families, businesses and non-profit organizations, in a 34,950 s/f office lease renewal at 41 Wellman St., a class A building.

The company will continue to occupy the second floor and part of the first floor in the four-floor, 103,764 s/f building in Connector Park. The landlord, an affiliate of Lone Star Funds, was represented by Jason Levendusky of CBRE New England.
